NYSASDRI is a registered voluntary organisation working for the upliftment of deprived and marginal sections in Orissa. Since inception, the organisation is devoted for socio-economic empowerment of indigent people through it’s development programmes in the field of Food security and Livelihood Support, women empowerment, Health and Natural resources management.

NYSASDRI is extending development initiatives to the remote areas where large number of deprived and neglected people are living. Hence, it is working across the central, northern and western Orissa in 9 districts viz. Dhenkanal, Angul, Jajpur, Jagatsinghpur, Khurda, Malkangiri, Deogarh, Rayagada, Kendujhar. More than 25% of the population in these regions belongs to BPL (Below Poverty Line) families. NYSASDRI emphasizes on extending development initiatives among these groups.
