The official formalities to declare it a full-fledge primary school are underway.

A management committee, comprising of local community leaders looks after the activities of the Education Centre. Parents meet the teachers twice a year to discuss on the progress of their children. The dedicated teachers put efforts in motivating and sensitizing the community towards children’s education.

Apart from this, an Adult Education Centre for Tribal Women is running next to the Educational Complex. Its sole mission is imparting non-formal education to women. The programme has benefited more than 100 tribal women.
