Alliance Building
In
its efforts to contribute for the development of the
marginal and indigent community in the state, NYSASDRI
is continually attempting to collaborate with different
stakeholders of social development process. The
organisation, through its various programmes and
projects have been linked up with different departments
and Ministries of the state and central Governments,
other NGOs, Panchayati Raj bodies and other like minded
individuals for ensuring optimum effectiveness of
developmental initiatives.
The organisation has developed association with
UN bodies, including the UNDP, UNICEF, UNFPA,
UNDP, DFID, UNICEF, IFH, FPAI, Action Aid, XIMB, XISS,
ISD, SCC, CLAP, CINI, CRF, GAA, Help Age India, Help Age
International, Interact World wide, SIMAVI, DIK/OIK,
European Commission, OVHA, VHAI, VANI, IFS, CAPART, and
other state and district level government and
non-government agencies and also with several
research and academic institutions. In addition,
NYSASDRI has also extended collaboration with grass
roots people's organizations for better presence among
the community.
Association
with Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRI):
NYSASDRI
is a strong advocate of decentralization of power and
believes that the role of PRI members is indispensable
to achieve the desired goals of any developmental
programmes, irrespective of implementer. The
organisation, thus, in its all activities involves local
PRI members and other village committees to ensure
success of its interventions. From planning to
evaluation of the programmes the opinion of Ward
Members, Sarpanchs and other PRI members is always
respected by the organisation. Staffs from the
organisation also participate in the Palli Sabha and
Gram Sabha to understand and put forward community
needs.
Collaboration
with the Government:
As
a responsible developmental agency the organisation
maintains a very cordial relationship with and the
District and State administrations. It regularly updates
the district and state levels government agencies about
the programmes-undertaken by the organisation.
At
central level, the organisation is also successful in
having a Collaborative Relationship with various
Ministries for the implementation of its projects. From
time to time, Central Ministries, such as Ministry of
Tribal Affairs, Ministry of Human Resources and Ministry
of Social Justice and Empowerment has been supportive
for taking up community development activities. Other
central government agencies like CAPART and CSWB also
assist NYSASDRI in its endeavor for addressing social
problems.

a part of its strategy, NYSASDRI is very successful in

individuals and organisations to work more effectively.
